2. Explain the price accurately.
Weekly mowing starts at $59 per visit. Project labor is $79 per person-hour. Fertilizer, snow, irrigation, and power washing need a property-specific estimate. Starting prices and labor calculations are not firm quotes.

Use the official form with the homeowner’s authorization. Share the property address, work requested, and helpful photos. Do not report success until you receive a confirmation from the form.

4. Review before committing.
Polaris will review the property details and determine whether a visual inspection is needed. A request or form link does not reserve service. The agreed proposal establishes the scope and price.
